If you are looking for ways to celebrate Latinx and Hispanic Heritage month, I am now programming virtual school visits and would love to talk with your students!

The inspiration for creating children’s books came to me while working as a dual language classroom and art teacher. Reaching and connecting with children is why I do what I do! I offer workshops and assembly-style presentations in both English and Spanish and am happy to adapt to your school’s needs.

Past school visits have included a peek into my studio where students get a look at my original watercolors and writing notebooks, read-alouds, making self-portraits with clay, and helping students discover the ways that they can contribute to their communities just like the Latinitas.
